Wedding Schedule

Who is; invited:  All Wedding Guests

When: 8:00pm 

Attire: Casual (shorts and polo shirts, please no athletic wear)

Details: Join us on the rooftop terrace of the Grand Miramar resort for snacks and signatures cocktails.  This event will allow us to spend time with our guests,  tell stories, listen to music, and have some fun before the hecticness of the wedding kicks in.  Come ready to unwind, sip beer and wine,  and have a good time!

Who is invited:  All adult wedding guests 

When: Thursday Morning

Attire: Boating attire (swim suits, athletic wear, comfortable clothes)

Details:  All aboard! Time to see what Puerto Vallarta is all about.  Please join us on one of PV's world famous yacht tours.  During the tour we plan to see some of Puerto Vallarta's best sights by sea.  Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, sightseeing, and complimentary drinks and snacks on the ship.  

Please note: This event is geared towards adults.

Who is invited:  All adult wedding guests 

When: Thursday Morning

Attire: Comfortable attire (swim suits, athletic wear, comfortable clothes)

Details:  Not a fan of boats?  Don't want to be stuck at sea all day?  Feel free to join some of our other guests on a local tour.  This option will include local sightseeing with a tour guide.  You will see some of the best sights PV has to offer. 

Who is invited:  Anyone who likes volleyball

When: 12:00pm

Attire: Sports or swim wear (swim suits, athletic wear, comfortable clothes)

Details:  So here's the deal.  Gianni and Shelby grew up playing volleyball and both of our families love a good volleyball game.  Most of you have probably played with us or against us before.  Were going to have a sand volleyball tournament. We're going to sweat out some of that alcohol and get one last good workout in before the ceremony tomorrow.

Who is invited:  Bridal party, ushers, and their spouses

When: Friday 5:00pm

Attire: Casual 

Details: We will walk through wedding rehearsal practice the day before the wedding.  We will need all members of the bridal party to attend this event.  Dinner and drinks will be provided on site after the rehearsal.  Spouses of the bridal party are more than welcome to attend.

Who is invited:  All guests

When: Saturday 5:00pm

Attire: Cocktail Attire

Details: Our ceremony and reception will be outdoors at the Terra Noble Wellness Center overlooking Puerto Vallarta and the ocean.  Transportation will be provided to and from the Grand Miramar Resort.  Please be advised that this an outdoor event located on a mountain in a remote wooded area.  The weather should be pleasant, but please feel free to bring any bug spray, or anything additional you may need.
